Who Can Apply?
You must:
- Be a South African citizen.
- Be currently unemployed.
- Have a Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent (NQF Level 4).
- Have completed Matric between 2021 and 2025.
- Have a minimum 55% average in English and Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy.
- Have advanced computer literacy.
- Not have participated in any previous learnership.
- Be willing to attend both classroom-based training and workplace learning.
What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Centre learner, you’ll:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Process and confirm customer orders.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints.
- Promote Clover products and special offers.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Attend formal training and workplace learning.
- Work toward an accredited NQF qualification.
