Purpose of the Role

The Assistant Business Support Administrator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Group Functions team. The successful candidate will manage executive diaries, coordinate travel, oversee office administration, process financial documentation, support employee onboarding, and assist with stakeholder engagement.

The role enables senior leaders to focus on strategic priorities while ensuring that day-to-day administrative activities are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

Responsibilities include:
