Minimum Requirements
- ABET qualification (minimum).
- No experience required.
- Basic knowledge of:
- Food preparation
- Planning & organizing
- Use of kitchen equipment
- Hygiene & safety procedures
Key Duties
Successful candidates will assist with:
- Hygienic preparation and serving of meals (washing, cutting, cooking).
- Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments.
- Supplying water on dining tables.
- Cleaning kitchens, dining halls, and food storage areas.
- Removing kitchen waste.
- Packing food supplies into storage.
- Setting and decorating dining tables.
- Waiting on tables.
- Ensuring only authorized personnel access the kitchen.
- Reporting equipment faults and shortages.
- Maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.
