About the Learnership
This programme combines structured training with on-the-job exposure, offering trainees the opportunity to:
- Join a dealership sales team and gain practical experience in retail vehicle sales
- Engage directly with customers, understanding their needs and assisting in vehicle selection
- Learn contract administration, finance processes, and after-sales service
- Be mentored by experienced Sales Executives
- Build interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
