Role Description / Key Performance Areas

Marketing Old Mutual products to new and existing clients telephonically.
Aligning solutions with clients’ needs and financial goals to secure positive financial futures and asset protection.
Providing superior customer service through effective time and task management.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

Matric/Grade 12.
6–12 months outbound call centre sales or retail sales experience.
Previous financial services experience (desirable).
Clear credit and criminal records.
Computer Literacy (MS Office).

Good interpersonal skills.
