About the Role:
Lancet Laboratories is seeking a highly qualified Collections Call Centre Manager: AR to lead and manage the AR Collections Centre. This role involves overseeing collections and implementing strategies to meet business objectives, utilising technical expertise and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to AR Team strategy and execute plans to improve collections.
- Develop and implement business strategies aligned with departmental goals.
- Conduct needs assessments and performance reviews for operational strategies.
- Implement state-of-the-art technologies for the call centre and ensure effective execution.
- Identify and manage internal/external partnership opportunities.
- Monitor and achieve budget and collection targets.
- Prepare and present performance reports using data analysis and trend summaries.
- Manage customer-centric strategies and minimise complaints while increasing collections.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements and internal/external standards.
- Develop and communicate policies, standard operating procedures, and guidelines.
- Mentor staff to enhance their skills and meet organisational objectives.
- Lead and oversee project planning, implementation, and post-implementation reviews.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Required: Grade 12 or NQF Level 4.
- Preferred: Relevant Tertiary Qualification.
- 8–10 years of relevant working experience with 5 years in a management role.
- Experience in call centre systems, telephone system implementation, and project management.

Compensation:
Salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
