Location: Head Office, Pretoria
Annual Salary: R216,417 per annum

Requirements:

  • Education: Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or NQF Level 4 or higher.
  • Skills:
    • Competency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Proficiency in at least two official languages, including English.
    • Additional relevant courses are an advantage.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Willingness to work under pressure and extended hours when required.
    • South African citizenship.
    • No criminal record or pending criminal/departmental cases.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage document flow and type reports, letters, and memorandums.
  • Maintain records of documents and correspondence for the Divisional Commissioner.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and assist with diary management.
  • Organize travel arrangements, including subsistence allowances.
  • Maintain an effective bring-forward system for administrative tasks.
  • Provide secretarial support and host visitors.
  • Prepare and submit monthly vehicle returns.
