Administration Clerk – Office of the Divisional Commissioner: Visible Policing and Operations
Location: Head Office, Pretoria
Annual Salary: R216,417 per annum

Requirements:
- Education: Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or NQF Level 4 or higher.
- Skills:
- Competency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in at least two official languages, including English.
- Additional relevant courses are an advantage.
- Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work under pressure and extended hours when required.
- South African citizenship.
- No criminal record or pending criminal/departmental cases.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage document flow and type reports, letters, and memorandums.
- Maintain records of documents and correspondence for the Divisional Commissioner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and assist with diary management.
- Organize travel arrangements, including subsistence allowances.
- Maintain an effective bring-forward system for administrative tasks.
- Provide secretarial support and host visitors.
- Prepare and submit monthly vehicle returns.
