Requirements:

• Education: Grade 10 Certificate or equivalent.
• License: Valid light motor vehicle driver’s license.
• Skills:
  • Ability to read and write.
  • Proficiency in at least two official languages, one being English.
• Experience: Relevant experience in the field and computer literacy will be advantageous.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness to work extended hours when required.
  • South African citizenship.
  • No criminal record or pending criminal/departmental cases.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide messenger services to the Office of the Divisional Commissioner.
• Perform driving duties as required by the office.
• Handle general administrative tasks allocated to the post.
• Maintain records of collected documents.
• Complete and submit vehicle logbook monthly.
• Deliver and collect mail, documents, and parcels, ensuring proper acknowledgment of receipts.
