Cash Send Users Approved With Pay Dates for SASSA SRD R350 Grant – Take Note

If you have received a pay date for your grant, SASSA is requesting that you collect your funds as soon as you receive an SMS with a voucher number from your chosen bank. It is important to note that the voucher number is only valid for a limited time, so it is important to act quickly.

However, if you have been approved for the COVID-19 SRD R350 grant but have not received a pay date, SASSA is requesting that you submit your personal bank details as soon as possible. This is necessary to ensure that your grant payment is made to the correct bank account.

To submit your personal bank details, you can log in to your SASSA account and update your information on https://srd.sassa.gov.za. After that wait for some time for the bank account to be verified which may take upto six weeks or call the SASSA helpline for assistance.
