What You Will Learn

Main Duties
In-Store Merchandising
You will:
- Arrange product displays
- Ensure products are visible and attractive
- Rotate stock correctly
- Maintain merchandising standards
Customer & Sales Support
You may:
- Help customers place orders using the MyCCBA platform
- Support promotions and marketing campaigns
- Visit assigned stores daily
- Assist with product availability checks
Teamwork & Reporting
You will:
- Work with the sales team
- Follow execution scorecards and standards
- Learn about consumer behaviour and retail operations
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have Grade 12 (Matric)
- Pass Maths or Maths Literacy with at least 40%
- Pass English and one additional language with at least 40%
- Be a South African citizen
- Be between 18–35 years old
- Be unemployed
- Not currently studying or in another learnership
- Be willing to work 6 days per week
- Have no criminal or negative credit record
A driver’s licence is advantageous but not always required.
Advantageous Qualifications
Candidates with post-matric studies in:
- Sales
- Marketing
- Business-related fields
