Fidelity Services Group is inviting graduates to apply for its Graduate Internship Programme 2026, a structured 18-month development programme based in Johannesburg.
This programme is designed to equip young professionals with practical workplace experience, leadership skills, and business knowledge within a large corporate environment. Graduates will gain exposure to various business units while developing the skills needed to be work-ready, confident, and future-focused.
The programme is open to candidates currently based in Johannesburg or those willing to relocate to Gauteng at their own cost.

- Understand monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes
- Contribute to internal and external customer satisfaction
- Understand the full sales cycle and effective sales management
- Propose operational efficiency solutions across guarding, cash processing, armed response, sales, and business development
- Promote a zero-harm culture by following OH&S and COIDA policies
- Understand contracts between customers and Fidelity Services Group
- Learn about organisational culture and Human Capital processes
- Engage with external stakeholders such as SAPS, community leaders, and forums
- Understand and comply with relevant legislation (BCEA, PSIRA Act, POPI Act, Firearms Control Act, ISO standards, and more)
- Register with PSIRA during the programme
Minimum Requirements
To be considered, applicants must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a field aligned with Fidelity Services Group’s business
- A postgraduate qualification (advantageous)
- Be based in or willing to relocate to Johannesburg
- A valid driver’s licence
- A clear criminal record
- Full computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
- Willingness to job rotate and work away from the main workplace when required
