Minimum Requirements for Momentum Learnership 2026
Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
- South African citizen
- Aged 18–30 years
- Currently unemployed and available for the full 12 months
- Grade 12 (Matric) completed
- Mathematics 40% OR Mathematical Literacy 60%
- English 50% plus another South African language 50%
- Not studying (full-time or part-time) during the learnership
- Must not have completed the same learnership previously
- Able to commute independently to the workplace

Duties and Responsibilities
As a Contact Centre Learner, you will be expected to:
- Attend classroom-based training and workplace learning sessions
- Learn Momentum Health products, systems, and processes
- Complete logbooks and a Portfolio of Evidence (POE) for SETA
- Participate in assessments and evaluations
- Demonstrate professionalism and Momentum Group values
- Prepare for and pass the EISA exam
- Deliver high-quality, client-focused service in a fast-paced environment
