Key Responsibilities
- Answer and resolve customer calls and queries.
- Manage customer cases from start to finish with timely feedback.
- Provide product and service information to customers.

- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Post-matric qualification (advantageous).
- Computer literacy.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
