Education: Grade 10
Experience: 1 year in a similar environment

Core Responsibilities

Cabling and Connections:
- Lay cables for electrical reticulation, installation, and maintenance.
- Perform construction tasks related to electrical service connections.
Handling Equipment:
- Move and handle heavy equipment for reticulation, maintenance, and metering installation projects.
Pole Planting and Overhead Lines:
- Plant poles and construct overhead lines for reticulation maintenance and LPU (Large Power Users) metering installation projects.
Operation and Maintenance:
- Operate and maintain plant, mechanical equipment, tools, and project sites safely.
General Maintenance:
- Perform cleaning, sweeping, painting, and other general maintenance duties.
Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to safety regulations in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act.
Support:
- Assist supervisors with work-related tasks and instructions.
