Key Responsibilities
- Professionally interact with customers to process transactions and provide administrative support for cellular, credit, and lay-by services.
- Achieve individual and service centre targets.
- Perform cellular and credit administration tasks with precision.
- Handle transactions, process cash-ups, and maintain records.
- Support security and housekeeping standards.
- Manage reception and switchboard operations effectively.
- Work collaboratively in a team and maintain effective self-management.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Matric qualification with numeracy skills.
- Skills:
- Ability to work with money.
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Telephone etiquette.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience:
- Practical experience in financial and administrative roles.
- Cellular and credit vetting experience.
- SAP experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge:
