Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally interact with customers to process transactions and provide administrative support for cellular, credit, and lay-by services.
  • Achieve individual and service centre targets.
  • Perform cellular and credit administration tasks with precision.
  • Handle transactions, process cash-ups, and maintain records.
  • Support security and housekeeping standards.
  • Manage reception and switchboard operations effectively.
  • Work collaboratively in a team and maintain effective self-management.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Matric qualification with numeracy skills.
  • Skills:
    • Ability to work with money.
    • Strong computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Interpersonal and teamwork skills.
    • Telephone etiquette.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience:
    • Practical experience in financial and administrative roles.
    • Cellular and credit vetting experience.
    • SAP experience is advantageous.
  • Knowledge:
    • Understanding of relevant company policies, processes, and systems.
