Key Responsibilities
- Perform sales activities to generate revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising and engagement.
- Handle cash and credit processes in accordance with company policy.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a customer-centric manner.
- Maintain compliance with business policies, procedures, and relevant legislation (e.g., NCA, CPA, OHASA).
Minimum Requirements
- Numeracy and literacy equivalent to Grade 12.
- 7–12 months of experience, preferably in retail.
- Basic knowledge of sales and prospecting processes.
- Knowledge of SAP and applicable operating platforms.
