Job Description
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa is excited to announce an opening for a Clerk: Stores within our Stores department located in Lakeside. We are seeking dedicated individuals with the right skills and experience to manage inventory levels effectively, ensuring that customers receive the correct quantity and quality of spares, equipment, raw materials, and tools tailored to their needs.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive and issue inventory items.
- Solve situational problems related to inventory management.
- Enforce and maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
- Provide accurate inventory information as needed.
- Compile and issue relevant documentation and reports.
- Report on disposed waste and obsolete materials.
- Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely availability of inventory.
Knowledge Requirements
- Understanding of store and inventory management principles.
- Familiarity with safety and housekeeping policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in relevant computer software.
- General organizational awareness and understanding.
- Technical knowledge related to inventory and supply chain processes.

Skills, Experience & Education
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent with Mathematics.
- Stores/inventory management certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in a stores or inventory management role.
- Computer literate with a valid forklift license.
- Experience with SAP and Excel is an advantage.
- Clean criminal and credit history required.
