About the Programme

Transnet Rail Infrastructure Manager (TRIM) is recruiting unemployed South African graduates for a two-year structured YPT programme. The initiative offers institutional knowledge, on-the-job training, and mentoring to boost your employability in today’s competitive job market.

Candidates will be assessed every six months to ensure steady progress and career development.
