UIF-Funded Learnership
Duration: 6 months
Monthly Stipend: R3,500
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen (where required).
- Be under 29 years of age.
- Have a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- Be unemployed and available for the full learnership period.
Learnership Structure
The programme includes:
- 10 days of classroom (theory) training.
- Practical in-store training for the remainder of the programme.
- Support from a dedicated in-store mentor.
- Ongoing monitoring and assessment.
- Final assessment and SETA moderation.
Note: Completing the learnership does not guarantee permanent employment, but it provides accredited training and valuable retail work experience.
