Programme Overview
The Group Internal Audit (GIA) Graduate Programme is designed to develop young professionals who are interested in working in a complex financial services environment.

1. Credit Graduate
Qualification Required
- BCom in Internal Auditing, Accounting Sciences, or Finance

2. Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) Graduate

3. Business and Commercial Banking Graduate

Key Responsibilities
Graduate auditors will be involved in several core audit activities, including:
- Assisting with risk-based audit planning and control assessments
- Performing walkthroughs, sampling, and data analytics
- Testing the design and effectiveness of internal controls
- Conducting data validation and exception analysis
- Identifying control weaknesses and recommending improvements
- Supporting continuous auditing and analytics dashboards
- Preparing audit workpapers and documentation
- Maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in fields such as:
