Learnership Overview
AVBOB, in partnership with INSETA, is offering a 12-month Long-Term Insurance Learnership Programme for 2026.
This structured, work-based learning programme combines theoretical training provided by an accredited institution with practical, hands-on workplace experience. Upon successful completion, learners will receive a registered qualification in the insurance sector.

Learners will receive a monthly stipend for the full duration of the programme.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12/Matric certificate with English and either Mathematics, Mathematical Literacy, or Accounting
- Between 18 and 35 years of age
- Must not have previously participated in a learnership programme
- Must not be registered with any academic institution or currently engaged in other studies
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, and internet) will be advantageous
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
