Job Overview: Customer Service Centre Agent

As a Customer Service Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for motorists, vendors, and stakeholders. Your work ensures high customer satisfaction and supports the smooth functioning of SANRAL’s road systems.


Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver Outstanding Customer Service

Engage professionally with users via phone, email, and digital channels to resolve queries quickly and accurately.

2. Maintain a Calm, Empathetic, Professional Approach
