Learnership Streams & Reference Numbers
You can apply for one of the following trades:
- Electrical — REF: MAF 01 ELEC
- Fitter — REF: MAF 02 FIT
- Instrumentation — REF: MAF 03 INST

- Plater — REF: MAF 05 PLAT
What the Learnership Entails
The programme includes:
- Theoretical and practical training at CTC
- Structured on-the-job training on site
- Completion of all modules, assessments, and trade test requirements
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following:
- South African citizen
- Grade 12 plus N2 / Technical qualification with relevant trade subjects
- Knowledge of Safety Systems, Regulations, and Standards
- Able and willing to work shifts, standby, and call-outs when required
- Certificate of fitness (or ability to obtain one)
- Valid driver’s licence
