Learnership Programme Overview
The Bidvest Insurance Learnership 2025 is designed to provide learners with knowledge and skills in Value-Added Product (VAP) Claims. Participants will gain practical training in insurance processes, customer service, and claims management.
Key Responsibilities
Claims Handling
- Capture and validate claim details.
- Verify policy status and payments.
- Attach supporting documents to the claims system.
- Process payments and refunds where required.
Customer Service
- Handle telephonic and email queries professionally.
- Deliver excellent customer experience while applying Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
Administration & System Updates
- Record all client interactions on the system.
- Update and maintain accurate policy information.
- Communicate claim outcomes and next steps to clients.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Bidvest Insurance Learnership Programme 2025, applicants must meet the following:
- Matric / Grade 12 – compulsory
- Computer literacy – essential
- Strong customer service or administrative background (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment
