We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling products to customers and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and recommending suitable products. The Salesperson will focus on achieving sales targets and contributing to the organization’s overall growth.
Key Duties
- Perform sales activities to generate revenue.
- Achieve sales budgets, targets, and income goals.
- Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising.
- Handle cash and credit processes/administration following policy guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service in a customer-centric manner.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12.
- Experience: 7–12 months of sales experience, preferably in retail.
