We are looking for a self-motivated, target-driven Independent Sales Agent who prioritizes customer service and has the ability to persuade and influence. These positions are commission-based and paid weekly.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform sales activities (prospecting and cold canvassing) to generate sales.
- Attract and retain customers through merchandising.
- Engage with customers in a customer-centric manner to ensure satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of sales and prospecting processes (training provided in-store).
- Self-motivation and high energy.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Understanding of business policies and procedures.
