Clover is offering an exciting opportunity for unemployed youth to join our Production and Distribution department through the YES Programme. This 12-month learnership aims to provide invaluable work experience to South African youth.

Requirements
Who can apply for the Clover YES Programme?
South African youth who meet the following criteria:
- Aged between 18 and 33 years.
- Have a matric qualification (Grade 12).
- Currently unemployed.
- Have not participated in a learnership with another organization.

Duties and Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Manage stock according to the Warehouse Management System.
- Receive, dispatch, and re-supply stock during the receiving process.
- Maintain stock levels, prevent shrinkage, and oversee stock movement and re-packing.
System Maintenance
- Update systems for new or discontinued products.
- Ensure accurate stock location and link scanners to the system.
- Compare and interpret weighbridge statistics versus claims.
Housekeeping, Safety, and Security
- Conduct housekeeping duties.
- Follow and enforce safety regulations.
Warehouse Productivity
- Allocate resources to optimize picking performance.
- Minimize idling time and maximize picking cage utilization.
Administrative Duties
- Capture truck and driver documentation.
- Process satellite and interbranch reports.
- Monitor and print invoices and load sheets.
- Resolve queries and close routes on the ERMS system.
Stock Handling
- Receive, store, and issue stock parts in the engineering store.
- Conduct stock counts and assist with returns.
- Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Standards (GMP).
- Ensure the safety and organization of stock.
Direct Parts Management
- Process requisitions for direct orders.
- Receive, store, and issue direct parts according to procedures.
- Ensure all paperwork for direct orders is accurately completed.
