Position Overview:

As the Data Capturer and Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in processing and managing drone flight data while providing key administrative support. You’ll collaborate closely with our team to ensure data accuracy, generate reports, and assist in project coordination. This flexible, remote role allows you to work on impactful projects that revolutionize industries.


Key Responsibilities:

Data Capture and Management:

  • Process and organize data collected from drone flights.
  • Accurately enter and manage data in databases and cloud-based systems.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain organized datasets in digital and cloud-based storage.

Administrative Support:

  • Coordinate schedules, prepare documents, and maintain records.
  • Format and produce reports.
  • Schedule drone flights with clients and team members.

Team Collaboration:

  • Communicate with remote team members, including drone pilots and project managers, for seamless project execution.
  • Assist with client communications, scheduling, feedback collection, and follow-ups.
  • Support the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and other documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Essential:

  • Experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a remote setting.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and cloud tools (e.g., OneDrive).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
  • Stable broadband internet connection.
  • Minimum Education: Grade 12.
  • License: Valid driver’s license.

Desirable:

  • Experience in the drone or geospatial industry.
  • Familiarity with GIS tools (e.g., Google Earth, Skydemon).
  • Experience working in remote teams and managing independent tasks.
