Introduction
Inteto Connect is seeking five (5) candidates for the YES programme which is a government backed initiative designed to combat unemployment in the country, focusing on previously disadvantaged young South Africans. The Initiative is an 8 month quality work experience, giving the unemployed youth a dignified first chance at work which equips them with a toolkit to be a beacon of hope to their families, household and community at large
Duties & Responsibilities
Receptionist – Front Office (Cape Town)
- Answer calls and welcome visitors.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team.
- Support with general office duties which will include filing, and ensuring an organised work environment.
SALES ADMINISTRATOR (Johannesburg)
- Assist and support Sales Manager with document control and filing.
- Assist with data capturing.
- Contribute towards projects or initiatives in the team
2x WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT (Johannesburg)
- Assist the Warehouse team with receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Organizing inventory, preparing orders, and loading/unloading shipments.
- Assist with daily cycle counts.
PRE-SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR
- Conduct market research
- Track the percentage of customers who make repeat purchases or upgrade to higher-value products or services.
- Collect feedback from the sales team to assess their satisfaction with the support received
Administration and Reporting
- General correspondence and administration completed accurately and timeously
- Email, inbox, and data managed timeously and effectively
- Professional image maintained in all communication
- All reporting and feedback requirements met, and reports completed accurately and timeously, according to company requirements
- Drafting, maintaining, and ensuring adherence to departmental processes and standard operating procedures
- Supply statistics and information as requested.

Requirements, Qualifications & Experience
- Employment Equity candidate according to South Africa’s Employment Equity Act.
- 12 month contract
- Salary – R6,000.00
- Please note: The Youth must be between the ages of 18-30 (Must not be turning 31 during the program)
- Strong telephone, communication (oral and written), listening and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- People person & Team player
- Strong attention to detail
- Matric
- Tertiary qualification would be advantageous
