Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to join our team. This role involves overseeing storage and distribution processes, ensuring compliance with legislation, company policies, and quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage warehouse and logistics operations efficiently.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Oversee inventory control and supply chain processes.
Optimize logistics processes for improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

Education: BSc in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation, or Engineering.
Experience: 5+ years in Logistics, Warehouse, or Transportation Operations.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP).
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and process design.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Soft Skills:
- Safety & quality-minded approach.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong team player with excellent stakeholder management skills.
