Job DescriptionCoca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our production department. We are looking for talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Production Process Controller role, which is based in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will report directly to the Team Leader: Production in Devland. KEY PURPOSE To operate, control and maintain machines on the production line to manufacture quality products as per daily operational plan.
Key Duties & Responsibilities• De-nest/ de-palletize crates
• Fill crates
• Palletize crates
• Secure crates
• Bottles removed from crate
• Clean and sanitize crates
• Balance production line
• Transport bottles
• Clean bottles
• DEcap bottles
• Sort bottles
• Inspect Bottles
• Blend product
• Fill and cap bottles
• Inspect full bottles
• Label bottles
• Date coded bottles
• Convey bottles, crate and pallet
• Complete quality control tests
• Transfer product/pallets
• Maintain safe, healthy and environmentally friendly work area
• Solve situational problems
• Maintain and repair machines
• Complete data sheets
• Develop and achieve team goals
• Manage personal development and performance
