Robertville – Branch 452 – Johannesburg South

The above position is available at our Johannesburg South Offices based in Robertville. The purpose of this position is to ensure a professionally and efficiently run switchboard and reception at all times as well as to control access to the premises.  The Position will be reporting to the Branch PA.

Minimum Requirements:

• Preferably matric qualification
• 1 – 2 years experience in the security industry
• Good language proficiency
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Diplomacy and tact when interacting with both internal and external people
• Good telephone etiquette is required
• Advance computer literacy

• Answering the telephone
• Routing calls to relevant people and taking messages
• Welcoming visitors in a professional and efficient manner
• Ensuring a neat Reception area at all times
