Minimum Requirements

✔ Grade 12 / Matric

✔ At least 1 year of call centre experience

✔ Customer service experience is advantageous

✔ Computer literacy:

  • Microsoft Office
  • Outlook
  • Customer management systems
  • Telephony systems

Main Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and emails
  • Assist with product-related queries and troubleshooting
  • Support users of TomTom, Empower, Skygistics, and Skytrax products
  • Process service requests and follow-ups
  • Update customer records and databases
  • Handle password resets and account issues
  • Resolve complaints and escalate when necessary
  • Liaise with branches, consultants, fitment centres, and customers
