Minimum Requirements

Main Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and emails
- Assist with product-related queries and troubleshooting
- Support users of TomTom, Empower, Skygistics, and Skytrax products
- Process service requests and follow-ups
- Update customer records and databases
- Handle password resets and account issues
- Resolve complaints and escalate when necessary
- Liaise with branches, consultants, fitment centres, and customers
