About the Learnership
Vodacom, in partnership with the e-waste management industry, is offering a learnership programme that provides hands-on training, mentorship, and theoretical knowledge for young people interested in environmental careers—particularly in the recycling and safe disposal of electronic waste.

Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be 18 to 35 years old
- Have a Matric certificate with Maths or Maths Literacy and Science
- Be from a disadvantaged background
- Be currently unemployed and not enrolled in any learnership or academic programme
- Be a South African citizen with a valid ID
- Reside in Gauteng Province (proof of residence required)
- Have basic computer skills and be proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Be self-motivated and a team player
