About the Internship

This internship provides a unique opportunity to join Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages as part of the Customer Service Centre team, serving as the frontline interface between the company and its customers. Interns will gain valuable work experience in customer interaction, telesales, order capturing, and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers

Minimum Requirements

  • National Diploma (NQF 6) in:
    • Business Administration
    • Marketing
    • Sales
  • Less than 1 year of work experience post-graduation
  • Valid driver’s licence and own transport
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Must be open to working in areas where skills are needed most
